Today’s rice price in the Mekong Delta provinces fluctuated in the direction of decreasing by 100-200 VND for some dry rice and rice varieties. The trading market was quiet. According to the agricultural sector of Hau Giang province, as of November 15, farmers in the province had harvested more than 30,000 hectares out of a total of 35,363 hectares of Autumn-Winter rice that had been planted, with an average rice yield of the whole province reaching 5.58 tons/ha.
